Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your data from REVENUE SOL at any time. This includes any data we received from connected WhatsApp or Instagram (Meta) accounts.

How to request deletion

  1. Email privacy@revenuesol.comfrom the email address on your account with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Tell us which account or connected channel (WhatsApp / Instagram) you want removed.
  3. We will verify the request and delete the data within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain it.

Disconnecting WhatsApp or Instagram inside the app (Social Inbox → disconnect) immediately revokes our stored access tokens for that channel. Account owners can also delete contacts and conversations directly from the app.
